You are buying directly from the artist, not from a third party seller.
Please be aware that colours within artworks may appear differently on your computer screen than in person due to computer monitors being unable to display the full range of colours present in the artwork. Please contact us if you would like to see the artwork in person prior to purchase at our studio.
All payments are handled via an external payment handler (Stripe). No payment card details are held by the artist.
Items will be shipped once payment has been processed, usually within 3-5 working days.
All orders will be shipped fully insured. Alternatively customers can pick up orders from our studio for no charge.
Our shipping costs are as follows:
We charge a flat fee of $30 per order for artwork that can be shipped rolled in a tube.
We charge a flat fee of $50 per item for artwork that has to be shipped flat.
These charges cover postage, packing and insurance to addresses within Australia. All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
Buyers will receive a full refund if they cancel their order prior to shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
Buyers can return artworks within 7 days of receipt for a refund minus 10% of the cost of the purchase price. The item must be returned in its original condition. No refund is available for items damaged after receipt. The buyer must cover the shipping and customs costs if they wish to return the artwork for refund. Please contact me ASAP if there is a problem with the artwork. All returns will not be processed until the item is received by the artist.
Large format artworks (90x120cm) are shipped rolled in a tube. This not only saves on freight costs but also possible damage to the artwork during air freight.
The artwork will need to be re-stretched by a framer once it is received by the buyer, the costs of which must be covered by the buyer.
